The building features a large roof deck with green wall on the 7th floor with ample space for very large groups and spectacular views of the Financial District, the East River, the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building. There is also access to an 8th floor roof with additional common space for enjoying sunny days in LIC.

At ground level, the Garden features a gas barbeque as well as greenery and bicycle storage. This private space is separated from the outside world by a beautiful, white stone perimeter wall.
